On Monday, I attended an anti-aging cosmetology workshop—the kind where there’s no room for empty hype, and only real results matter. I was absolutely delighted. Our instructor, Galina Poltoratskaya—a true professional—worked wonders, showing us how to look young and beautiful. I highly recommend the Academy of Aesthetic Cosmetology; it is simply the best.

Do I need to be a psychologist?
No. The program is adapted for estheticians and esthetic medicine specialists. It does not make you a psychotherapist; it teaches you to recognize psychosomatic triggers and interact correctly with emotionally sensitive clients.
Which skin conditions does psychodermatology help with?
Psychosomatic factors can show up in acne, rosacea, psoriasis, seborrheic and atopic dermatitis, chronic inflammation, diffuse redness and itching. The course teaches you to see the link between the client's state and the skin.
Will it help with emotionally unstable or dissatisfied clients?
Yes, the program was created for exactly these cases. You learn to build trust, keep professional boundaries and respond correctly to complaints and anxiety.
