How is a retinoic peel different from classic acid peels?
Unlike AHA or TCA peels, a retinoic peel does not destroy the stratum corneum directly. It works through cell receptors, triggering regeneration, normalizing keratinization and regulating sebum with less trauma.
What reactions can follow the procedure?
The effect is delayed: peeling appears on day 2 or 3 and can last up to a week. Redness, dryness and retinoid dermatitis are possible. The course covers how to tell these apart from allergy and burn and how to manage them.
Can retinoic peels be combined with other methods?
Yes. Retinoids work well with superficial acids, mesotherapy, biorevitalization, IPL and care procedures. The course teaches combined protocols and the correct sequencing.
